Our Strategy

Clovermont looks for Co’s that are:
Preferably already in operation & trading profitably
If a new enterprise, founders must have at least 20% cash equity in the project, plus a good Bussiness Plan and clear strategy for investor returns and exit
Solid, experienced management team
Poised for growth, either organically or through acquisition / franchising,

Funding achieved through either private funding or via an IPO (which is available on various stock exchanges worldwide)

We work with Co’s who are looking for funding by introducing them to suitable funding partners for direct discussions

For other services we will quote as required for the services needed by clients.

Criteria

For funding Clovermont has the following criteria

  • Can help source equity from as low as US$2million and upwards to US$billions for major infrastructure, property developments, etc.
    • Funding can take the form of; equity / debt / mix / other options depending on negotiations
  • Projects should have significant growth opportunities (through new product development, geographic expansion, strategic acquisitions, site development etc.)
  • Solid customer base that can be expanded
  • Core management team in place, with plans for key staff as required
  • Business Plan, Executive Summary & financial forecasts in place
  • Existing financials
  • Feasibility Studies, if required
  • Proof of land, building, plant ownership if relevant

Process

Clovermont process is as follows

  • Contact our Co to discuss your particular project
  • If acceptable, send in your Executive Summary and base financials
  • We will review and if OK, will send to one or more of our partners
  • If they accept, then initial meetings will be set up once necessary agreements have been signed

 

Please note Clovermont Investments Ltd. does not charge any up-front fees, unless there is specific work required by funders and Clovermont is asked to do this work (e.g. translations / feasibility studies / site visits).

If there is specific work required by funders, then you as the project owner can engage any Co, so long as the output will be of international acceptable quality. If you wish, Clovermont can quote on these requirements or to act as overall project manager.

However, it is up to the project owner to discuss any fees with the funding entity to ensure transparency is maintained. If there is any work required by the funding entity, then they may charge fees to cover the cost.
